Introducing the My Future Care Buddy Service
Planning for our later life and future care can be a confusing and overwhelming task and it’s tempting to put it off to another day. That’s why we have developed the My Future Care Buddy Service, offering the opportunity to have a friendly chat on the phone or via video call with a trained Buddy.
Your Buddy will help you set your personal priorities, think through your plans for later life and give you the gentle nudge you need to put your thoughts into action.
All participants receive the My Future Care Handbook – a practical, information packed resource which pulls important decisions, documents and tasks together in one place, explaining what each one is for and how it will be used.
Thanks to grant funding we are currently able to offer this as a free service. Whether you are ready to get started on your own plans, or you want to help the people you support make their plans, we have options to suit your needs.
